During Success Coaching sessions, I work with my clients to identify how to achieve their professional and personal goals of wellness through life-based practical solutions. This format embraces a dynamic model of mental health and eliminates the need for a formal diagnosis.
The success of these sessions depends on understanding your vision for your life. To begin building a rapport and understanding your individualized needs, we will begin with an initial consultation. This consultation will focus on your goals, your ideas of success, and your current limitations.
Together we will develop a plan for our sessions and determine how much support you need. Some clients enjoy building a foundation through weekly sessions, and then shift to weekly or monthly sessions as they implement their learned skills. Other’s wish to use success coaching as an augmentation to other supports in their life and choose to use it for added accountability. This service is very flexible and is designed to meet your individualized needs.
Free 15 minutes intro calls are available to discuss your initial questions about how to take the next step to a happier and healthier you. On this call, we will determine if we are mutually a good fit. Then, I will share which services I think will best support your unique needs.
In-depth 30 minute consultations are available to do a deep dive into your current stressors, wants, needs, and barriers to achieving a happier and healthier you. During this consultation, we will define what success is to you and how I best can support you on your journey to your goals.
