Wellness Packages are a great way to get started with Empowering Wellness & Counseling. These packages offer an array of services depending on your needs and helps you address your health and wellness in a comprehensive way, while saving some money!
When you go to purchase your Wellness Package, you will directed to book a consultation with Empowering Wellness for $250. This consultation will be to determine your goals and will be considered a DEPOSIT towards the total price of the package. You are able to choose a different package that better fits your needs after the consultation. E-Counseling
The "Buy Now" link will take you to Zoc Doc, which is a 3rd party site that will allow you to input your insurance and book an E-Counseling Session with Jennifer Evans. Prices may vary depending on your insurance. E-Counseling Services are only available to those who reside in Virginia and Florida.
Wellness Groups
Wellness groups topics are individualized according to the group's needs but do follow a standard flow of discussion topics. Once you purchase a wellness group, you will have the opportunity to have a one on one discussion with a team member to determine the best fit for your personal needs and goals for growth.
Wellness Across a Lifetime Subscription
The Wellness Across a Lifetime subscription includes access to a private Facebook group, weekly newsletters, and relevant educational talks. It includes:
- Monthly challenges to encourage connecting to intention setting
- Helpful tips and tricks for staying present and mindful
- Access to closed Facebook accountability group where you can
- Build your own community of wellness
- Create goals to share and support others in their goal progress
- Set proclamations of your growth and success
- Weekly newsletter that explores aspects of success in-depth and how to overcome barriers and find growth within ourselves.
Success Coaching
Wellness Retreats
When you go to book your Empowering Wellness Retreat, you will directed to book a consultation with Empowering Wellness for $250. This consultation will be to determine your goals for the retreat and will be considered a DEPOSIT that will be put towards the total price of the retreat.
